Raman Kachurka is an accomplished Analyst and Team Leader. With a background in end-to-end Data solutions and as an All-But-Dissertation PhD candidate in Judgment and Decision Making, Raman brings a unique blend of expertise and mindfulness practice to the table.
Raman has practiced meditation since 1999. His most notable personal achievement includes completing a challenging week-long silent meditation retreat in the Thai jungle, focusing solely on breath observation for 8+ hours per day.
Raman's mindfulness experience and professional background provide a unique insight into how mindfulness techniques can transform modern productivity and stress management approaches.
