In our noisy world, we believe that less is often more. To feel better, we often need just to reduce the noise around us. No expensive equipment or complicated techniques are necessary.

The Silent Room by mindfulart.team is designed to provide a peaceful space for conference attendees to enjoy a power nap, silent relaxation, or self-guided meditation. We hope this quiet retreat offers a respite from the bustling conference environment.

Special Event - Chinese tea brewing

Join us for a high-quality Chinese tea brewing in the Pin Cha tradition on 5 Sept (Thursday) from 13:30 to 17:30 in the Silent Room. This mindful break offers a focused relaxation opportunity, enhancing concentration and alertness amidst intense conference activities.

Ambient Sound

The room itself will be silent, but venue sounds may be audible. We recommend using headphones for a better experience. You're welcome to listen to ambient sounds or white noise through your headphones. Links to recommended recordings are also available in the printed materials inside the room.
