Workshop facilitator

Beata Zaręba is a certified Dance Teacher, Personal Trainer, and Fitness Instructor whose passion for movement began with dance at an early age. With years of experience in various physical activities, she emphasizes the remarkable influence of movement on mental well-being. Her approach highlights the potential of movement in interaction with the natural environment, other people, and music. Specializing in individual and group movement sessions, she is also dedicated to the practice of traditional Afro-Brazilian Capoeira Angola. Her teaching philosophy centers on the concept of "movement culture," incorporating joint mobilization, body mapping, locomotion exercises, and improvisation. With a keen focus on the therapeutic aspects of movement, she creates a relaxed, non-judgmental atmosphere that encourages learning and self-discovery.
