Kolektyw3 is a curated, community-driven space for experimentation, collaboration, and creation in the worlds of blockchain, AI, and decentralized technologies.

We’re not a generic cowork. We’re building a living ecosystem, a hub for selected teams, creators, and initiatives who care about pushing boundaries, learning together, and making an impact. It’s where builders become founders, experiments become projects, and side chats turn into protocol specs.

Located in a professional, modern space in The Tides operated by the ETHWarsaw team, Kolektyw3 combines clarity of structure with the soul of a grassroots collective. Nestled between the green boulevards of Powiśle and the flowing waters of the Wisła, The Tides offers a rare mix of modern design, tranquility, and urban energy. With its central location at the intersection of the Poniatowski Bridge and Wisłostrada, The Tides is easily accessible by tram, bus, metro (Centrum Nauki Kopernik station), and even bike — sitting right on Warsaw’s longest cycling path. For the adventurous: there's even a private dock, so yes, you can technically arrive by boat.

⚙ Our Structure

We’re building Kolektyw3 around three layers of participation:

🔹 Resident Projects

Selected projects and teams who use the space regularly and help shape its direction. Residents get:

• Full-time access to desks, external monitors, and meeting rooms
• Priority in scheduling community events and workshops
• Visibility through our website, socials, and events
• Access to curated talent and contributors

🔹 Hot Desks

Short-term access for promising early-stage builders, solo devs, researchers, and freelancers.

Perfect for those who want to plug into the ecosystem without a full-time commitment.

🔹 Community & Events

The soul of our Kolektyw. We host:

• Two or more community events per month
• Workshops and tech deep dives (ZK, oracles, infra, AI tools, etc.)
• Soft activations like movie nights, game evenings, and mindfulness sessions
• Informal collaborations: idea jams, mentoring, side projects

🛸 What Else Is Coming?

Beyond the community space and regular meetups, we’re introducing new initiatives designed to supercharge collaboration, learning, and project growth:

• 🚀 Accelerate

  A structured path for early-stage projects that combines mentorship from experienced founders and investors, hands-on support from legal, compliance, and security partners, access to workspace at Kolektyw3, and a final Demo Day to showcase progress and connect with the ecosystem.

  A curated job board to surface talent and opportunities within our ecosystem. Whether you’re looking to join a web3 startup, contribute part-time to a DAO, or hire developers with crypto-native experience — our Job Board connects the right people at the right time.

• 💻 Bootcamps

  A hands-on onboarding experience for builders and web2 developers entering the blockchain world. From smart contracts and security best practices to exploring real-world use cases, the Bootcamp offers practical, mentor-led learning in a community-driven setting.

  Perks and discounts from our trusted network of service providers — including legal, compliance, accounting, and cybersecurity experts — designed to support builders from day one. Partners also host workshops and AMA sessions to help founders stay ahead.
